Robotic Welding
PCI has two (2) OTC Daihen Almega Arc Robotic Welders used for various welding applications. With a positional repeatability of +/- 0.003”, PCI’s robots are highly versatile in welding in confined spaces or complicated fixtures. The head and tail stock is 59.05” x 40” and can rotate 180-degrees. PCI engineers design their own weld fixtures. Medium to high volume production assemblies typically lend themselves well to the robotic application.

Manual Welding
PCI is AWS certified to weld various thicknesses of carbon steel. We also have the capabilities to weld stainless steel and aluminum. PCI engineers and designs their own weld fixtures and, with several weld stations, sub-assemblies with laser cut flats and laser cut and formed components, saw-cut components and structural components (e.g. flat bar, tubing, pipe, angle bar, etc.) can be welded for a complete sub-assembled component.
